Did you ever wonder what our crew get up to when they are not working aboard Hjalmar Bjorge?  Well our chef Steve has been on a big adventure this winter, cooking aboard the RSS Ernest Shackleton on a voyage from the Falkland Islands to Antarctica.  And then cooking for the British Antarctic Survey at Halley Base.




We’re looking forward to hearing more about his time in Antarctica.  In the meantime, Steve tells us he has been cooking lots of fillet steak and scampi, with Wednesday as curry night. Here are a few pics of his time way down south.
