Jørgen Amundsen (RS 72) was built in 1966 and was stationed at Straumsjøen / Myre (Nordland). 

Mark Rondel emailed us to say he had recently seen the vessel, renamed "Svendborgsund", in Denmark, where she was being offered for sale. 

You can read her sales particulars here where she is being offer for sale by Hugo Hein at a price of 575,000 euros (approx £490,860 gbp at rates of August 2009) however the broker recently indicated an offer of around £250,000 might be acceptable to the current owner.
