Synopsis: a mid season cruise combining sailing and power - ideal for trying out that "wind in your hair" experience! Opportunity to explore the less frequently visited southern Hebridean islands. Walks planned daily. Birds and cetaceans (see list below).

Destination: guests join Zuza at Corpach Sea Lock around 1500 for a lock out on the tide. Following a cruise/ sail down beautiful Loch Linnhe the first night may be spent in Loch Spelve (good for otters and eagles) or perhaps on anchor in Duart Bay or Oban.

The itinerary is dependent on weather - balancing shelter with some exciting sailing - but may include, for example, some of the following destinations: the south coast of Mull, Iona, the Garvellachs ("Isles of the Sea"), Colonsay, the raised beaches of Jura and the Gulf of Corryvreckan, etc. Expect sea and golden eagles and, hopefully cetaceans - in recent years we have found the entrance to the Firth of Lorn to be a new and exciting "hot spot" for minke whales, dolphins and porpoise.

On the final day we will lock in at Corpach around 1230 (exact time is tide dependent) for your departure after lunch on Friday 25 July.
